Zusammenfassung:To provide a coating film of a fluorine resin to which not only anticorrosion property inherent to the fluorine resin but also hydrophilicity can be imparted and which can keep the performance for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A coating film 1 has: a fluorine resin film 3; first hydrophilic particles 4 some of which are buried in the fluorine resin film 3 and some of which are exposed; and second hydrophilic particles 5 some of which are buried in the fluorine resin film 3 and some of which are exposed, in which an average particle size of the first hydrophilic particles 4 is set to 25 μm or more and 700 μm or less, and an average particle size of the second hydrophilic particles 5 is set to 0.05 μm or more and 2 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】フッ素樹脂のコーティング膜において、フッ素樹脂が本来もつ特性である防食性に加えて親水性を付与し、かつその性能を長期間安定して維持できるコーティング膜を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】フッ素樹脂膜3と、このフッ素樹脂膜3に一部が埋没し、一部が露出した第1親水性粒子4と、フッ素樹脂膜3に一部が埋没し、一部が露出した第2親水性粒子5とを備えており、第1親水性粒子4の平均粒径を、25μm以上700μm以下とし、第2親水性粒子5の平均粒径を、0.05μm以上2μm以下としたコーティング膜1である。【選択図】図1
