REFERENCE FRAME BODY FIXTURE FOR SPINE SURGERY

To provide a fixture for properly fixing a reference frame when operating on a cervical spine part from a vertebral body side.SOLUTION: A frame body fixture 10 is characterized by comprising an arm body 11 for attaching and fixing a reference arm at a tip of an arm 111 extended in one direction, and a holder 12 for holding the arm body 11. The holder 12 has: a base part 51 attached to a shaft 21 of an intervertebral opening unit 20, and fixing an elevation angle to a shaft 21 being an orientation direction of a joint part 52 at a desired angle; a joint part 52 for fixing an attaching part 53 in a swingable and desired direction in the direction of the right ascension when the elevation angle is assumed to be declination; and an attaching part 53 for attaching and fixing a base end side of the arm body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】頸椎部を椎体側から手術する際に、リファレンスフレームを好適に固定する固定具を提供する。【解決手段】一方向に延伸したアーム１１１の先端にてリファレンスフレームを取り付け固定するアーム体１１と、アーム体１１を保持する保持体１２と、により構成され、保持体１２は、椎間開大器２０の軸２１に取り付け、かつ、継手部５２の配向方向である軸２１に対する仰角を所望角度にて固定する基台部５１と、仰角を赤緯とした場合の赤経の方向に取付部５３を首振可能かつ所望方向にて固定する継手部５２と、アーム体１１の基端側を取り付け固定する取付部５３と、を有することを特徴とするフレーム体固定具１０。【選択図】図１
