To provide a partial washing device capable of allowing a detergent to sufficiently permeate into the inside of a cloth product, while it is low-cost.SOLUTION: A partial washing device 3 is provided which includes: a holding part 4; a cloth beating part 5 mounted on the holding part 4 so as to reciprocate; and an interval holding part 6 mounted on the holding part 4 so as to surround the periphery of the cloth beating part 5 and capable of keeping the interval between the holding part 4 and a cloth product 1 constant. The cloth beating part 5 includes a brush 7 having bristles extending in the direction of the reciprocating movement of the cloth beating part 5.
