To make it possible to accurately quickly acquire information on power failure while associating it with an electric pole.SOLUTION: A power failure information service system comprises: a system database 31 for associating information on respective users U and information on respective electric poles P with a map including a power distribution system to store it; a display diagram generation unit 32 for generating a power failure display diagram that illustrates a power failure area on a display diagram on the map; and a web server 6 to which the user U can access via a user terminal 7.
