Zusammenfassung: | To provide a cleaning roller that can effectively eliminate inconvenience due to a variation in rotation of the cleaning roller and realize miniaturization of the device, a charging device and an image forming apparatus including the same, and a method for manufacturing a cleaning roller.SOLUTION: A cleaning roller is formed, on its surface, with a plurality of concavo-convex parts that extend to be twisted in the circumferential direction of the cleaning roller. A rotation shaft of the cleaning roller is inserted into a cylindrical hole of a cylindrical cleaning member formed with the plurality of concavo-convex parts along the axial direction, and the cleaning member and rotation shaft are fixed with the cleaning member twisted in the circumferential direction. A die for extrusion molding is rotated while pushing out a material for extrusion molding toward an extrusion molding hole of the die for extrusion molding, thereby molding, on its surface, a cleaning member formed with a plurality of concavo-convex surfaces that extend to be twisted in the circumferential direction. A material for injection molding filling a die for injection molding is solidified to mold the cleaning member, and the die for injection molding is rotated around the axial direction to die cut the cleaning member from the die for injection molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】清掃ローラの回転変動による不都合を効果的に解消することができると共に装置の小型化を実現させることができる清掃ローラ、帯電装置及びそれを備えた画像形成装置並びに清掃ローラの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】清掃ローラは、表面に清掃ローラの周方向に捻れるように延びる複数の凹凸部が形成されている。複数の凹凸部が軸線方向に沿って形成された円筒状の清掃部材の円筒孔に清掃ローラの回転軸を挿通し、清掃部材を周方向に捻った状態で清掃部材と回転軸とを固定する。押出成形用型の押出成形孔に向けて押出成形用材料を押し出しつつ押出成形用型を回転させることで表面に周方向に捻れるように延びる複数の凹凸部が形成された清掃部材を成形する。射出成形用型に充填した射出成形用材料を固化させて清掃部材を成形し、射出成形用型を軸線回りに回転させることで清掃部材を射出成形用型から型抜きする。【選択図】図3 |
