Zusammenfassung:	To provide an information processing system, an information processing method, a terminal device and program, capable of providing desired information to many users reviewing a moving image.SOLUTION: The information processing system includes: a terminal device; and an information processing device for providing a moving image sequentially displaying a plurality of scenes to the terminal device.
