To provide a movable body which can co-exist with persons in such a manner that traffic accidents are reduced and a society such that persons and a movable body can co-exist with each other is created, and a movable body speed display warning device which is installed to the movable body.SOLUTION: A movable body speed display warning device having a portable communication terminal which is located toward an inside of a movable body, and an external unit which is located so that an external display screen can be seen from an external side of the movable body. The portable communication terminal has a speed-related software having a speed input part and a speed measurement part, and an inside display screen which displays said speed. The external unit has: an available software selection part which accesses a specific speed-related software; a display limitation part which does not perform displaying on the inside display screen other than a specific screen; and an external display screen which performs mirroring of the inside display screen.
