Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method and device for preventing deformation during brazing in the manufacturing of a block for a plate type heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A separation plate and a heat conduction structure are superimposed to make a block 11 by using a brazing filler metal, a first force (F) is exerted to the block along a vertical direction (V), thereby, a first part 21 of an upper part of the block is heated to a brazing filler metal softening temperature (T), at the same time, a second part 22 of the block is made to be a heat treatment temperature (T) lower than the brazing filler metal softening temperature (T), subsequently, the second part of the block is made to be the brazing filler metal softening temperature (T) without actuating a force to the block from an outer part or while actuating a second force (F) less than the first force (F) and, at the same time, the first part is made to be the heat treatment temperature (T) lower than the brazing filler metal softening temperature (T).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】本発明は、プレート式熱交換器用のブロックを製造するにおいて、ろう付け中に変形を防止するための方法および装置を提供する。【解決手段】ろう材を用いて分離プレートと熱伝導構造体とを重ねてブロック11にし、ブロックに鉛直方向(V)に沿って第1の力(F1)を及ぼしてブロックの上部の第1の部分21をろう材軟化温度(TL)に加熱し、同時にブロックの第2の部分22を、ろう材軟化温度(TL)より低い熱処理温度(TR)にし、次に、ブロックに外部から力を作用させず、または第1の力(F1)より小さい第2の力(F2)を作用させて、ブロックの第2の部分をろう材軟化温度(TL)にし、同時に第1の部分を、ろう材軟化温度(TL)より低い熱処理温度(TR)にする。【選択図】図4 |
