To configure an experience environment based on information of software resources (services and products) and hardware resources that a user has already introduced, and support introduction of software resources suitable for a user's usage environment.SOLUTION: A usage environment specification unit 40 specifies software resources that can be provided as an experience environment, based on information on the dependency between resources and information on software resources and hardware resources in a user's usage environment. An experience environment construction unit 50 constructs the specified experience environment. A recommended configuration specification unit 70 specifies a recommended configuration based on a usage situation of the experience environment by the user.
