POWER BELT TRANSMISSION DEVICE AND BELT STATE MEASUREMENT METHOD

To provide a measurement device capable of measuring changes in physical property of a belt while identifying measurement points on the belt.SOLUTION: The power belt transmission device is a belt that is laid between a first pulley and a second pulley to be rotatably moved.
