Zusammenfassung:To provide a metal powder material containing no cobalt, for producing a three-dimensional molded article of a maraging steel in metal powder lamination molding.SOLUTION: The metal powder material contains iron by 76% or more, carbon by 0.03% or less, silicon by 0.12% or less, manganese by 0.12% or less, nickel by 17% or more and 19% or less, molybdenum by 1.5% or more and 2.5% or less, titanium by 0.5% or more and 2.0% or less, aluminum by 1.5% or less (including 0%), and the balance of inevitable impurities, in which the content of impurities is less than 0.01% for each impurity. When used for a metal lamination molding apparatus, the metal powder material is uniformly sprayed by a recoater head 3. The metal powder material is sintered by a laser irradiation device 8. The material is transformed into martensite during or after molding, and then subjected to an appropriate ageing treatment to harden.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】金属粉末積層造形においてマルエージング鋼の三次元造形物を生成するコバルトを含まない金属粉末材料の提供。【解決手段】金属粉末材料は、鉄76%以上、炭素0.03%以下、珪素0.12%以下、マンガン0.12%以下、ニッケル17%以上19%以下、モリブデン1.5%以上2.5%以下、チタン0.5%以上2.0%以下、アルミニウム1.5%以下(0%を含む)、残部は混入不可避な不純物を含んでなり、不純物の含有量は、各不純物毎に0.01%未満である。金属積層造形装置での使用時、金属粉末材料は、リコータヘッド3によって均一に撒布される。金属粉末材料は、レーザ照射装置8によって焼結される。造形中または造形後にマルテンサイト化し、その後、適正な時効処理を行なって硬化する。【選択図】図1
