Zusammenfassung:To determine in real time an appropriate dose of light with which cancer cells are to be irradiated.SOLUTION: In a state in which a measured fluorescence life L does not vary even if a radiated dose P is gradually increased (time 0 to time t1), a dose P to be radiated is increased gradually. In a state in which the measured fluorescence life L is decreasing gradually (time t1 to time t2), the dose P to be radiated is increased gradually. After that, when a state in which the measured fluorescence life L does not vary emerges (t2), a dose of light at the time of the emergence is used as an appropriate dose for irradiating cancer cells to destroy the cancer cells.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】がん細胞へ照射する光の適切な線量をリアルタイムに判断する。
