GEAR DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE AND GEAR DIAGNOSTIC METHOD

To provide a gear diagnostic device and a gear diagnostic method that can accurately diagnose a malfunction of a gear with a simple device configuration.SOLUTION: A gear diagnostic device is a device for diagnosing a state of a gear included in a power transmission mechanism for transmitting a revolution inputted in an input shaft to an output shaft by accelerating or decelerating using the gear. The device comprises: a diagnostic parameters detection unit for detecting diagnostic parameters based on the amplitude of vibration of the gear; a reference parameter detection unit for detecting reference parameters such as the number of revolutions etc. of the gear; a memory unit for memorizing reference data that prescribe the reference values of the diagnostic parameters corresponding to the reference parameters; and a determination unit for determining that the gear has a malfunction when the deviation or ratio of the diagnostic parameters in between measured values and the reference values exceeds a threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】簡易な装置構成で、歯車に生じる異常を精度よく診断可能な歯車診断装置及び歯車診断方法を提供する。【解決手段】歯車診断装置は、入力軸に入力された回転を歯車を用いて増速又は減速して出力軸に伝達する動力伝達機構に含まれる歯車の状態を診断するための装置である。当該装置は、歯車の振動の振幅に基づく診断パラメータを検出する診断パラメータ検出部と、前記歯車の回転数等の参照パラメータを検出する参照パラメータ検出部と、参照パラメータに対応する診断パラメータの基準値を規定する基準データを記憶する記憶部と、診断パラメータの実測値と基準値との偏差又は比が閾値を超えた場合、歯車に異常があると判断する判断部と、を備える。【選択図】図２
