Zusammenfassung: | To provide a copolymer having a hydroxyl group and an N-substituted carbamate group, having solubility into a solvent such as alcohols, capable of being processed to a substrate, capable of being used as a medical material, a packaging material or the like.SOLUTION: A copolymer having a hydroxyl group and an N-substituted carbamate group is obtained by a method of aminolysis of polyvinyl carbonate with RNH, wherein R represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms and containing at least one of an oxygen atom, a nitrogen atom or a sulfur atom and no hydroxyl group. The copolymer has weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 10,000 to 1,000,000, and can be used as a cell culture substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】アルコール類等溶媒への溶解性や基板への加工が可能な、医療材料や包装材料等として使用することが可能な、水酸基及びN−置換カルバメート基を有する共重合体とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリビニレンカーボネートをRNH2(式中、Rは水酸基を含まない酸素原子、窒素原子又は硫黄原子のうちの少なくともひとつを含有する炭素数1〜30の炭化水素基を示す。)でアミノリシスする方法により、水酸基及びN−置換カルバメート基を有する共重合体を得る。この共重合体は、重量平均分子量(Mw)が10,000〜1,000,000であり、細胞培養基材として使用することができる。【選択図】なし |
