NONAQUEOUS SKIN EXTERNAL COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

To provide a nonaqueous skin external composition in which strongly hydrophobic and amphiphilic solid active ingredient is solubilized into oil phase.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous skin external composition is given in which strongly hydrophobic and amphiphilic solid active ingredient-surfactant complex is melted or distributed in oil phase as particles of size: 2-200 nm. A manufacturing method of the nonaqueous skin external composition solubilizing strongly hydrophobic and amphiphilic solid active ingredient in the oil phase comprises the steps of: adding the strongly hydrophobic and amphiphilic solid active ingredient to aqueous phase to obtain aqueous phase mixture; adding surfactant to oil phase to obtain oil phase mixture; mixing the aqueous phase mixture and the oil phase mixture to obtain water-in-oil type emulsion; lyophilizing the obtained water-in-oil type emulsion to obtain the strongly hydrophobic and amphiphilic solid active ingredient-surfactant complex; and melting or distributing the obtained strongly hydrophobic and amphiphilic solid active ingredient-surfactant complex in the oil phase to melt or distribute the strongly hydrophobic and amphiphilic solid active ingredient-surfactant complex in the oil phase as particles of size: 2-200 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】強親水性両親媒性固体有効成分を油相中に可溶化してなる非水系皮膚外用組成物の提供。【解決手段】強親水性両親媒性固体有効成分−界面活性剤複合体が粒子径２ｎｍ〜２００ｎｍの粒子として油相中に溶解又は分散してなる非水系皮膚外用組成物。水相に強親水性両親媒性固体有効成分を添加して水相混合物を得、油相に界面活性剤を添加して油相混合物を得、得られた水相混合物と油相混合物とを混合して油中水型エマルションを得、得られた油中水型エマルションを凍結乾燥して強親水性両親媒性固体有効成分−界面活性剤複合体を得、得られた強親水性両親媒性固体有効成分−界面活性剤複合体を油剤に溶解又は分散させて、強親水性両親媒性固体有効成分−界面活性剤複合体を粒子径２ｎｍ〜２００ｎｍの粒子として油相中に溶解又は分散させて、強親水性両親媒性固体有効成分を油相中に可溶化する、非水系皮膚外用組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
