The reinforcing layer 6 has a portion covering a first boundary B1 in which the insulating portion 30 is in contact with the peripheral portion 22 and a portion covering a second boundary B2 in which the insulating portion 30 is in contact with the isolation portion 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
