SYSTEM, PROGRAM AND METHOD FOR SERVICE RESERVATION

To provide a system for service reservation capable of performing a use reservation of a service from a television receiver.SOLUTION: A system for service reservation has: a receiving part that includes a service reservation screen for a user to reserve a prescribed service and receives service reservation request information generated by information inputted by the user to the service reservation screen displayed on a display of the television receiver from a television receiver receiving a program for transmission and reception of information about a service reservation by way of broadcast or communication; a user reservation information generation part that generates user reservation information necessary for the user to reserve a service from the service reservation request information and sends it to a service reservation management device for managing service reservations; and a service completion information generation part that generates service completion information to be displayed on the service reservation screen of the television receiver on the basis of the service-reservation managing information about service reservation management received from the service reservation management device and sends it to the television receiver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】サービスの利用予約をテレビ受信機から行うことができる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】ユーザが所定のサービスを予約するためのサービス予約画面を含み、サービスの予約に関する情報の送受信を行うプログラムを放送又は通信により受信したテレビ受信機から、テレビ受信機の表示部に表示されたサービス予約画面にユーザが入力した情報により生成されたサービス予約要求情報を受信する受信部と、サービス予約要求情報から、ユーザがサービスの予約に必要なユーザ予約情報を生成して、サービスの予約を管理するサービス予約管理装置に送信するユーザ予約情報生成部と、サービス予約管理装置から受信したサービスの予約の管理に関するサービス予約管理情報に基づいて、テレビ受信機のサービス予約画面に表示されるサービス完了情報を生成し、テレビ受信機に送信するサービス完了情報生成部とを有するサービス予約システムである。【選択図】図１
