To provide a candidate arrival point identification device, a candidate arrival point identification method, a computer program and a recording medium with a computer program recorded therein.SOLUTION: The candidate arrival point identification device comprises a probe information storage unit 5 that associates a destination point set by a navigation device and a link withdrawal point corresponding to the destination point with each other and stores the destination point and the link withdrawal point.
