Zusammenfassung:To provide a molding method adapted to easily form a light-weighted molded article while suppressing the lowering in rigidity.SOLUTION: A molded article 62 formed by a molding method comprises a structure 60 formed by a lamination of a plurality of constituent layers 68 and a ceiling wall 64 supporting the structure 60. The structure 60 has a plurality of helically shaped parts 66 that are elliptical in sectional shape and extending in a lamination direction while rotating with reference to a center location C of the elliptical shape. The helically shaped parts 66 are arranged in a matrix form with their center locations C spaced a prescribed distance one from another. The helically shaped parts 66 adjacent in row and column directions are opposite in rotation direction and in at least one section of the structure 60, the helically shaped parts 66 adjacent in row and column directions have long axes orthogonal to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】剛性の低下を抑えつつ軽量化された造形物を容易に造形する。【解決手段】造形方法によって造形された造形物62は、複数の構成層68が積層されて造形された構造体60と構造体60を支持する天井壁64とを備える。構造体60は、断面が楕円形状で、且つ、楕円形状の中心位置Cを基準として回転しながら積層方向に延びた複数の螺旋形状部66を有し、複数の螺旋形状部66は、中心位置Cが互いに所定距離離間して行列状に配置されている。行方向及び列方向に隣り合う螺旋形状部66は、回転方向が反対であり、構造体60の少なくとも1つの断面では、行方向及び列方向に隣り合う螺旋形状部66は、長軸が互いに直交している。【選択図】図2
