To provide a paper container that can prevent contents from leaking and the gas from permeating without chips of paper being mixed in the contents.SOLUTION: A paper container 1 applied to this invention includes a laminated cylindrical body 2 provided on a bottom plate. The laminated cylindrical body 2 is formed by making two sheet materials 20 adhered to each other into a cylindrical shape. A base material 28 of at least one sheet material of the two sheet materials 20 is mainly made of paper. It is characterized as such that while both side end parts 21 and 22 of each of the sheet materials 20 oppose to each other in a circumferential direction, there are an adhering outer surface 3 formed on an outer surface of the inner sheet material 20 by separating the side end parts 21 from each other on one side of the adjacent sheet materials 20 and an adhering inner surface 4 formed on an inner surface of the outer sheet material 20 by separating the side end parts 22 from each other on the other side of the adjacent sheet materials 20, and the adhering outer surface 3 and the adhering inner surface 4 are adhered on each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】内容物に紙の切りくずが混入することがなく、内容物の漏出や気体の透過を防止することが可能となる紙容器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した紙容器１は、底板に設けられる積層筒体２を備え、積層筒体２は、互いに貼り合わされた２つのシート材２０を筒状にすることで形成され、２つのシート材２０のうち少なくとも１つのシート材の基材２８が紙を主体とし、各々のシート材２０の両側端部２１、２２が周方向で互いに対向されるとともに、隣接するシート材２０の一方の側端部２１同士が互いに離間されることで内側のシート材２０の外面に形成される貼着外面３と、隣接するシート材２０の他方の側端部２２同士が互いに離間されることで外側のシート材２０の内面に形成される貼着内面４とを有し、貼着外面３と貼着内面４とが貼り合わされることを特徴とする。【選択図】図５
