Zusammenfassung: | To provide a laminate for heat insulation container having a printing layer provided thereon, which is excellent in smoothness on a surface of the printing layer even after foaming and can achieve a desired design.SOLUTION: A laminate 10 for heat insulation container is formed by laminating at least a printing layer 15, a surface layer 16, a cover layer 11, a base material layer 12 composed of paper, and a water vapor blocking layer 13 that blocks water vapor generated from the paper constituting the base material layer 12, from the outer surface side, where the cover layer 11 is composed of high pressure low density polyethylene, the surface layer 16 is composed of a low density polyethylene resin having a melting point measured according to JIS K 6922-2(2010) higher than the melting point of the high pressure low density polyethylene constituting the cover layer 11, the printing layer 15 contains an urethane resin as a binder resin, and a ratio of the urethane resin to the total binder resin is 18 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】表面に印刷層が設けられた断熱容器用積層体であって、発泡後においても印刷層表面の平滑性に優れ、所望の意匠を実現可能な断熱容器用積層体を提供する。【解決手段】外面側から、印刷層15、表面層16、カバー層11、紙から構成される基材層12、基材層12を構成する紙から発生する水蒸気を遮断する水蒸気遮断層13、を少なくとも積層してなる断熱容器用積層体10において、カバー層11を、高圧低密度ポリエチレンから構成し、表面層16を、JIS K 6922−2(2010年)で測定される融点が、カバー層11を構成する高圧低密度ポリエチレンの融点よりも高い低密度ポリエチレン樹脂から構成し、印刷層15を、バインダー樹脂としてウレタン系樹脂を含み、かつ全バインダー樹脂に対するウレタン系樹脂の割合を18質量%以上とする。【選択図】図2 |
