Zusammenfassung:To provide a surface modification porous film excellent in durability, and having a function imparted thereto by introducing a functional polymer layer simply to the surface of the porous film.SOLUTION: In a surface modification porous film comprising a porous film, and a functional polymer layer formed on the porous film surface, the functional polymer layer contains a functional unit containing an anionic group, and a 5-30 mol% secondary amino group unit.
