To provide a watch band (band) that can secure fitting strength, and to provide a watch having the band.SOLUTION: The band includes: a soft synthetic resin-made band body 1 in which a fitting recess 4 is prepared open in the end; and a hard synthetic resin-made reinforcement part 2 which is embedded in the fitting recess 4 and which is prepared with a first and a second fitting pieces 9, 9 projecting to the open side of the fitting recess 4. Accordingly, as the hard synthetic resin-made reinforcement part 2 is embedded in the soft synthetic resin-made band body 1, the reinforcement part 2 can be surely and firmly fixed in the band body.
