Zusammenfassung:To provide a biotin-containing beverage having high stability, in which biotin is hardly decomposed even when light is irradiated in a beverage containing biotin and vitamin B, and a stabilization method of biotin in the beverage, for overcoming the fact that biotin is decomposed by active oxygen generated from vitamin Bwhen a light is irradiated to the beverage containing biotin and vitamin B.SOLUTION: There is provided a biotin-containing beverage having enhanced light stability of biotin in the beverage by containing a coffee raw bean extract of 30 to 5000 pts.wt. based on 1 pts.wt. of biotin in a beverage containing biotin and vitamin B. There is provided a beverage containing vitamin Bof 1 to 250 pts.wt. based on 1 pts.wt. of the biotin. There is provided a beverage preferably having pH of 3.0 to 4.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ビオチン及びビタミンB2を含有する飲料に光があたると、ビタミンB2から発生する活性酸素によってビオチンが分解する。ビオチン及びビタミンB2を含有する飲料において、光があたってもビオチンが分解されにくい、安定性の高いビオチン含有飲料、及び飲料中のビオチンの安定性化方法の提供。【解決手段】ビオチン及びビタミンB2を含有する飲料に、コーヒー生豆抽出物をビオチン1重量部に対して、30〜5000重量部含ませることで、飲料中におけるビオチンの光安定性が向上したビオチン含有飲料。ビオチン1重量部に対して、ビタミンB2を1〜250重量部含有する飲料。pHを3.0〜4.0である、ことが好ましい飲料。【選択図】なし
