Zusammenfassung:	To provide an insulation film generation electric cable exclusive ground fixture with an insulation film removal device.SOLUTION: The insulation film generation electric cable exclusive ground fixture includes an insulation film removal device 20 which stabilizes a contact with a ground roller 10 and concurrently reduces contact resistance by removing an insulation film generated by a deteriorated surface of an electric cable 1 to expose base metal of the electric cable with a wire brush such as an insulation film removal brush 21, when winding the electric cable with the generated insulation film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】絶縁性被膜除去装置を備えた絶縁皮膜生成電線専用接地器具を提供する。【解決手段】絶縁皮膜生成電線専用接地器具は、表面が劣化して絶縁性被膜が生成した電線１の巻取りを行う場合、絶縁性被覆除去ブラシ２１等のワイヤブラシで除去して電線の地金を露出させることにより、接地ローラ１０との接触を安定させると同時に接触抵抗も低減させる絶縁性被膜除去装置２０を有する。【選択図】図１
