SMOKE DETECTOR AND FIRE RECEIVER

To provide a smoke detector capable of suppressing generation of a non-fire report and a fire receiver.SOLUTION: A smoke detector 1 includes: light emitting elements 11, 12 for emitting light toward a smoke detection space; a light receiving element 13 for receiving scattered light when light emitted from the light emitting elements 11, 12 is scattered by a substance flowed into the smoke detection space to output an output signal for determining fire; and a signal processing unit 22 for delaying the output signal S1 output from the light receiving element 13 for a prescribed delay time.
