Zusammenfassung:	To provide a phosphor wheel capable of improving cooling performance, a phosphor wheel device including the same, an optical conversion device, and a projection type display device.SOLUTION: A phosphor wheel 13 comprises: a first plane having a phosphor layer 16; a second plane opposite to the first plane; multiple blade parts 33f which are formed protruding the first plane; and multiple flow paths (opening part 13d) for feeding the air from the first plane to the second plane.
