Zusammenfassung:To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that prevents end fogging in an image forming apparatus of a direct transfer system.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises: a conductive substrate; an undercoat layer provided on the conductive substrate; and a photosensitive layer provided on the undercoat layer. When the capacitance of one end A of the photoreceptor in an area extending 30 mm toward the center part from one end in the axial direction is CA(F), the capacitance of the other end B of the photoreceptor in an area extending 30 mm toward the center part from the other end in the axial direction is CB(F), and the capacitance of the center part C of the photoreceptor in areas each extending 50 mm toward either end from the center of the photoreceptor is CC(F), the following formula (1) and the following formula (2) are satisfied.
