Zusammenfassung: | To improve accuracy of detection of a fine particle sensor.SOLUTION: A fine particle detector includes a gas supply unit for supplying gas to a detection unit of a fine particle sensor, into which measurement target gas is introduced, and controls the fine particle sensor. The fine particle detector includes a flow rate detector, a converter, an air pressure detector, and a maintenance unit. The flow rate detector detects a mass flow rate of gas supplied from the gas supply unit to the fine particle sensor. The converter converts the mass flow rate detected by the flow rate detector into a volume flow rate under a set air pressure, and outputs the obtained volume flow rate as a result of detection. The gas detector detects a pressure of the gas in an environment in which the fine particle detector is set. The maintenance unit maintains accuracy of detection of an amount of fine particles at a fixed level by calculating a corrected flow rate, which is the flow rate of the gas corrected on the basis of the result of detection by the converter and the result of detection by the gas detector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 微粒子センサの検出精度を向上させる。【解決手段】 微粒子検出装置は、微粒子センサのうち、被測定ガスが導入される検知部に対して気体を供給する気体供給部を備え、微粒子センサを制御する。微粒子検出装置は、流量検出部、換算部、気圧検出部および維持部を備える。流量検出部は、気体供給部から微粒子センサへ供給される気体の質量流量を検出する。換算部は、流量検出部にて検出された質量流量を設定気圧における体積流量に換算し、換算した体積流量を検出結果として出力する。気圧検出部は、微粒子検出装置が設置される環境における気体の圧力を検出する。維持部は、換算部による検出結果と、気圧検出部による検出結果とに基づき、気体の流量を補正した補正流量を算出することにより微粒子量の検出精度を一定に維持する。【選択図】 図1 |
