Zusammenfassung: | To predict erosion caused by gas existing inside a structure having a metal member on an inner wall.SOLUTION: A method for predicting erosion includes: calculating the number of energy of gaseous molecules GM consisting of gas and the number of the gaseous molecules GM colliding with a surface of a metal member out of the gas; calculating, on the basis of a ratio of the gaseous molecules GM having energy necessary for chemical reactions between the gaseous molecules GM and metal consisting of the metal member and possibility of having an attitude appropriate for causing the chemical reactions of the gaseous molecules GM calculated by an experience, the number of the chemical reactions between the gaseous molecules GM and the metal which occur on the surface of the metal member; and predicting an amount of erosion of the metal. Thus, it is possible to predictively calculate even the amount of erosion of the metal caused by the gas under a condition unreproducible in a laboratory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】内壁に金属部材を有する構造体において、その内部に存在する気体によるエロージョンを予測する。【解決手段】本発明は、気体を構成する気体分子GMの有するエネルギーおよび気体のうち金属部材の表面に衝突する気体分子GMの数を計算によって求め、気体分子GMと金属部材を構成する金属との化学反応に必要なエネルギーを有する気体分子GMの割合および実験によって求められた気体分子GMの化学反応を起すために適切な姿勢となる確率に基づき、金属部材の表面で起きる気体分子GMと金属との化学反応の数を計算によって求め、金属のエロージョンの量を予測するものである。本発明によれば、実験室で再現できない条件下における、気体による金属のエロージョンの量であっても、予測計算が可能となる。【選択図】図1 |
