Zusammenfassung: | To provide a steel billet temperature estimation device capable of easily estimating the temperature of a steel billet with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A radiant heat transfer amount calculation part 16 is configured to calculate the radiant heat transfer amount transferred from a billet furnace to a first layer which is positioned at the outermost in multiple layers constituting a multilayer flat wall. A conduction heat transfer amount calculation part 17 is configured to calculate conduction heat transfer amount conducted to the inner layer neighboring at the inner side of a layer for each layer. A steel billet temperature calculate part 18 is configured to calculate the amount of stored heat stored in each layer on the basis of the radiant heat transfer amount and the conduction heat transfer amount. With this, the temperature of steel billet of respective layers is calculated on the basis of the amount of stored heat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡素な構成で容易に鋼片温度を推定する。【解決手段】放射伝熱量算出部16が、多層平面壁を構成する層のうち最も外側に位置する第1層に対して鋼片加熱炉から伝熱する放射伝熱量を算出し、伝導伝熱量算出部17が、層ごとに、当該層からその内側に隣接する内側層に対して伝熱する伝導伝熱量を算出し、鋼片温度算出部18が、放射伝熱量および伝導伝熱量に基づいて層のそれぞれが保有する保有熱量を算出し、これら保有熱量に基づいて層のそれぞれに関する鋼片温度を算出する。【選択図】 図1 |
