PHOTOTHERMAL CONVERSION ANALYZER AND LIQUID CELL

To realize a reflection-type photothermal conversion analyzer capable of analyzing a sample contained in a sample solution in a small size with high sensitivity to solve the problem in the reflection type photothermal conversion analyzer that an excitation light is slightly absorbed even in components through which the light passes, thereby deteriorating the optical characteristics and causing noise of a signal.SOLUTION: For a liquid cell used in a photothermal conversion analyzer comprising: an excitation light source emitting excitation light; a detection light source emitting detection light; and a detector receiving the detection light to detect the intensity of the detection light, a reflection member is provided to reflect at least a part of the detection light transmitted through a measurement target sample. The reflectance to the detection light of the reflection member is made larger than the reflectance to the excitation light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】反射型光熱変換分析装置において、励起光が通過する部品においてもわずかに吸収され、光学特性を劣化し信号の雑音となる課題があった。そこで、サンプル液に含有する試料を小型・高感度に分析が可能である反射型の光熱変換分析装置を実現することを目的とする。【解決手段】励起光を発する励起光源と、検出光を発する検出光源と、検出光を受光して検出光の強度を検知する検出器と、を備える光熱変換分析装置で用いられる液体セルに、前記測定対象試料を透過した検出光の少なくとも一部を反射する反射部材を備える。この反射部材の検出光に対する反射率を、励起光に対する反射率より大きくする。【選択図】 図１
