To properly perform ventilation of a building.SOLUTION: A building H performs ventilation between a first space V1 and a second space V2. The building H has: a steel beam 2 provided between the first space V1 and the second space V2; a through-hole 2c formed in the steel beam 2; and a ventilation path securing member 10 for securing a ventilation path connecting the first space V1, the through-hole 2c and the second space V2. The ventilation path securing member 10 includes: a screen part 10X disposed between the through-hole 2c and a heat insulation material 8 provided in the second space V2; and a support part 10Y for separating the screen part 10X from the through-hole 2c and supporting so as to form a ventilation space between the through-hole 2c and the second space V2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】建物の換気を適切に行うことを可能とする。【解決手段】建物Ｈは、第１空間Ｖ１と第２空間Ｖ２の間で換気を行う。建物Ｈは、第１空間Ｖ１と第２空間Ｖ２の間に設けられた鉄骨梁２と、鉄骨梁２に形成された貫通孔２ｃと、第１空間Ｖ１、貫通孔２ｃ、及び第２空間Ｖ２を繋げる換気経路を確保するための換気経路確保部材１０と、を有する。換気経路確保部材１０は、貫通孔２ｃと、第２空間Ｖ２に設けられる断熱材８との間に配される衝立部１０Ｘと、貫通孔２ｃと第２空間Ｖ２の間の通気空間を形成するように、貫通孔２ｃから衝立部１０Ｘを離間して支持する支持部１０Ｙと、を有する。【選択図】図２
