HOSE CLIP ALIGNING AND FEEDING DEVICE

To provide a hose clip aligning and feeding device capable of aligning and feeding a hose clip with a simple constitution and constituting it even by manual operation.SOLUTION: In a hose clip aligning and feeding device, a feeding part 30 causes an outer peripheral surface of an annular part of a hose clip 20 to be directed to a wall 42 and feeds the hose clip 20 one by one to a rail feeding position P1 (first position) in a posture in which a pair of knob parts of the hose clip 20 are not brought into simultaneous contact with the wall 42; the outer peripheral surface of the annular part of the hose clip 20 is brought into contact with the wall 42 at a left side of a rail part 40, and a guide face 42G rolls the hose clip 20 to a posture in which a pair of the knob parts are turned downward by dead weight of the hose clip 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡易な構成でホースクリップを整列して供給可能で、且つ、手動式でも構成可能にする。【解決手段】供給部３０は、ホースクリップ２０の円環部の外周面を壁４２に向けると共にホースクリップ２０の一対のつまみ部が壁４２に同時に接触しない姿勢で、ホースクリップ２０を一個ずつレール供給位置Ｐ１（第一位置）に供給する。ホースクリップ２０の円環部の外周面は、レール部４０の左側の壁４２に接触し、このホースクリップ２０の自重によって、ホースクリップ２０を一対のつまみ部を下方にした姿勢へと転動させるガイド面４２Ｇを有している。【選択図】図１
