To provide an electric actuator capable of exhibiting a high braking force even at a location where vibration occurs.SOLUTION: In an electric actuator that comprises a motor part 2 and a motion conversion mechanism for converting rotational motion of the motor part 2 into linear motion, the motion conversion mechanism is configured by a sliding screw mechanism 3 having a screw shaft 14 and a nut 15 screwed into the screw shaft 14.
