Zusammenfassung:	To provide a lighting fixture that makes it possible to easily obtain a desired light distribution angle while suppressing glare.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture 1 has an LED 9 and a reflection surface 5 that reflects light of the LED 9, and emits illumination light K1 of light distribution angle γ. The lighting fixture 1 has a light diffusion film 32 that diffuses reflection light K3 off the reflection surface 5. The reflection light K3 has a light distribution angle θ smaller than the light distribution angle γ.
