RETROREFLECTIVE SHEET

To provide a retroreflective sheet which is easy in manufacturing, and by which a pattern formed of an ink layer can be clearly and visually confirmed.SOLUTION: In a retroreflective sheet (101) having a retroreflective laminate (10) and a visible ink layer (21), the retroreflective laminate (10) has a reflection material layer (12) and a transparent spherical body laminate (11), the transparent spherical body laminate (11) has a plurality of transparent spherical bodies, at least a part of the transparent spherical bodies is imbedded into the reflection material layer (12), and the visible ink layer (21) covers at least a part of portions of the followings (i) and (ii), and does not cover apexes of a plurality of the transparent spherical bodies.
