Zusammenfassung:To reduce temporal change in detection accuracy of vibration detection devices.SOLUTION: A sensor probe 2 for detecting vibration of a measurement target object S comprises a contact 4 configured to be brought into contact with the measurement target object S to receive vibration of the measurement target object S, and first and second piezoelectric elements 25a, 25b for converting the vibration of the contact 4 into electrical signals.
