Zusammenfassung: | To provide a control system of a brake force adjustment device which does not cause an increase of a power consumption amount even if a large number of the brake force adjustment devices are installed.SOLUTION: A control system of a brake force adjustment device comprises a plurality of brake force adjustment devices 2 in which identification addresses are arranged in the respective devices, and a power supply device 4 which is connected to all the brake force adjustment devices 2 in parallel therewith via a power line 3. The control system also comprises a control device 6 for sending out control signals including identification addresses of the brake force adjustment devices 2 being objects of control, and their operation contents to all the brake force adjustment devices 2. The brake force adjustment devices 2 comprise rotating members, fixed members having first permanent magnets, and movable members having second permanent magnets, and displaceable to the fixed members. The control system further comprises a drive unit for displacing the movable members by the power of a motor 11, and a mechanical lock mechanism for making the movable members displaceable during an operation of the drive unit, and fixing the movable members to the fixed members accompanied by a stop of the drive unit. The control system also has a control circuit 22 for controlling an operation of the motor 11 following the operation contents included in the control signals when own identification addresses are included in the control signals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多数の制動力調整装置を装備しても消費電力量が増大することがない制動力調整装置の制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】装置毎に識別アドレスが設けられた複数の制動力調整装置2と、全ての制動力調整装置2に電力線3を介して並列に接続された電源装置4とを備える。制御の対象となる制動力調整装置2の識別アドレスおよび作動内容とを含む制御信号を全ての制動力調整装置2に送出する制御装置6とを備える。制動力調整装置2は、回転部材と、第1の永久磁石を有する固定部材と、第2の永久磁石を有し、固定部材に対して変位可能な可動部材とを備える。可動部材をモータ11の動力で変位させる駆動装置と、駆動装置の動作中は可動部材を変位自在とするとともに、駆動装置の停止に伴って可動部材を固定部材に対して固定する機械式ロック機構とを備える。制御信号中に自らの識別アドレスが含まれていた場合、この制御信号に含まれている作動内容にしたがってモータ11の動作を制御する制御回路22とを有している。【選択図】 図1 |
