DISINFECTING CLEANER COMPOSITION

To provide a disinfecting cleaner with high antimicrobial activity and that is non-irritating and non-corrosive.SOLUTION: A disinfecting cleaner composition includes: a carboxylic acid antimicrobial agent of 0.05 to 10 wt.%; a nonionic ethoxylated amine surfactant having a hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) of 10 to 14 of 0.15 to 55 wt.%; and an acid or an acidulant. The carboxylic acid antimicrobial agent includes a C6 to C16 alkyl carboxylic acid, salt or ester thereof. The ratio of the surfactant to the alkyl carboxylic acid is at a weight ratio of 5.5:1 to 3:1. The surfactant dissolves the alkyl carboxylic acid in an acidic composition and the solution of the composition is clear.
