To provide a substrate protective film peeling device which enables peeling work to be performed more stably and smoothly in order to prevent damage to the substrate when peeling off the protective film.SOLUTION: There is provided a substrate protective film peeling device configured to peel a protective film from a substrate body which is fixed horizontally and whose upper surface is covered by the protective film, the device including: an angle adjustment board provided with multiple supports; a holder which is adjustably mounted on the support of the angle adjustment board via fixing means; a peeling portion including a knife spring possible to perform vertical lifting movement while fixed to the holder, elastically deformed by a reaction force when it descends and reaches an upper surface of the protective film, and separate the protective film from the substrate body by applying a lateral force to the protective film according to the elastic deformation; and a clamping portion disposed corresponding to the peeling portion and configured to hold the protective film separated from the substrate body by the peeling portion and pull it away from the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】保護フィルムの剥離の際に基板にダメージを与えないため剥離作業をより安定且つスムーズに行えるようにする基板保護フィルム剥離装置を提供する。【解決手段】基板保護フィルム剥離装置は、水平に固定され、その上面が保護フィルムでカバーされている基板本体から前記保護フィルムを剥離させるものであって、多数の支持部が設けられている角度調節板と、固定手段を介して前記角度調節板の支持部に位置調整可能に装着されるホルダーと、前記ホルダーに固定された状態で垂直昇降運動が可能であり、下降して前記保護フィルムの上面に到達した状態で反作用力によって弾性変形し、弾性変形に応じて保護フィルムに側方向の力を加えて保護フィルムを基板本体から分離させるナイフスプリングを備えたピーリング部と、前記ピーリング部に対応して配置され、ピーリング部によって基板本体から分離された保護フィルムを把持して基板から引き離すクランピング部とを含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
