Zusammenfassung:To provide an automatic removal device for linear metal which can remove a linear metal such as a copper wire scrap, a wire and so on included in a processing object with a good efficiency.SOLUTION: An automatic removal device for linear metal removes a linear metal 6 such as a copper wire scrap, a wire and so on included in a processing object 2, which is transferred by a vibration feeder 20, from the processing object in such a manner that the linear metal is caught by comb-shaped lock means 31 in which plural comb-teeth 31a, 31a are juxtaposed in a width direction of the vibration feeder 20. This automatic removal device comprises pressing means 37, 38 which are located independently from the vibration feeder 20 so as not to receive influence due to vibration of the vibration feeder 20, and press tip sides of the comb-teeth 31a, 31a onto a transportation face 21a of the vibration feeder 20, thereby suppressing vibration of the comb-teeth 31a, 31a due to vibration of the vibration feeder 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】処理対象物に含まれる銅線屑や針金などの線状メタルを効率よく除去するための線状メタルの自動除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】振動フィーダ20によって移送される処理対象物2に含まれる銅線屑や針金などの線状メタル6を振動フィーダ20の幅方向に複数のくし歯31a,31aが並列されたくし型の掛止手段31によって絡め捕ることにより処理対象物から除去する線状メタルの自動除去装置は、振動フィーダ20の振動の影響を受けないように振動フィーダ20とは独立して設置され、くし歯31a,31aの先端側を振動フィーダ20の搬送面21aに押しつけることにより振動フィーダ20の振動によるくし歯31a,31aの振動を抑制する押圧手段37,38を備えていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
