MEDICAL EXAMINATION SYSTEM AND MEDICAL EXAMINATION DEVICE

To provide a medical examination system and medical examination device which improve the convenience of a user by displaying an image in accordance with the operation state of the device.SOLUTION: An examination system 1000 includes: an examination device 10 for performing examination; a display device 100 for displaying a setting image; and a management device 200 for managing the setting image. The examination device 10 includes: an examination control unit 12 which sets the setting image in accordance with the operation state of the examination device 10; and an output unit 15 which outputs a specific signal based on the operation state to the management device 200 in a case of the operation state of the examination device 10 set by the examination control unit 12. The management device 200 includes a specification unit 230 which specifies the setting image set by the examination control unit 12 on the basis of the specific signal from the output unit 15.
