Zusammenfassung:To provide a DC-DC converter which can be stably operated for a long time period and which is downsized, and a power supply system.SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter 10 has a primary side connected to a main battery 6 and a secondary side connected to a sub-battery 7, and is used in an aspect where the sum of a first time period of stepping down and supplying DC current from the primary side to the secondary side and a second time period of stepping up and supplying DC current from the secondary side to the primary side is longer than the sum of a third time period of stepping up and supplying DC current from the primary side to the secondary side and a fourth time period of stepping down and supplying DC current from the secondary side to the primary side. The DC-DC converter 10 includes an H-bridge power conversion circuit 11, a first capacitor element 12, and a second capacitor element 13.
