BUSINESS PROCESSING SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

To provide a business processing system that can perform an office procedure smoothly in a short time, can reduce a repair cost and can shorten a repair period.SOLUTION: A business processing system 10 comprises a screen storage means for business processing 50 storing a screen for business processing common to every user, an office navigation screen storage means 60 storing an office navigation screen for each user, and a business processing means 30 that proceeds business processing using a screen for business processing as well as inserting and placing an office navigation screen of a user who accessed in at least one point in a flow from before starting to after completion of the proceeding business processing, in the office navigation screen, a user inputs and sets an expression indicating a check item and its content of the office procedure on a sheet with a tabular format in spreadsheet software, and generate with a macro function accompanied with the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】短い作業時間で事務手続を円滑に遂行することができ、かつ、改修コストの低減および改修期間の短縮を図ることができる業務処理システムを提供する。【解決手段】各ユーザに共通する業務処理用画面を記憶する業務処理用画面記憶手段５０と、ユーザ毎の事務ナビ画面を記憶する事務ナビゲーション画面記憶手段６０と、業務処理用画面を用いて業務処理を進行させるとともに、進行する業務処理についての開始前から終了後までの流れの中の少なくとも１個所に、アクセスを行ったユーザの事務ナビ画面を挿入配置する業務処理手段３０とを設け、業務処理システム１０を構成し、事務ナビ画面は、ユーザが表計算ソフトウェアのシート上に表形式で事務手続のチェック項目およびその内容を示す文言を入力設定し、シートに付随するマクロ機能で生成するようにした。【選択図】図１
