Zusammenfassung: | To provide a lubricant sensor head with which, of a simple configuration though, it is possible to continuously measure a liquid level and liquid quality of a lubricant.SOLUTION: A lubricant sensor head 2 pertaining to the present disclosure comprises: a first substrate 30 inserted into an oil storage space 11 where a lubricant is stored and having a first surface 301 and a second surface 302 at both ends in a thickness direction; and a second substrate 31 arranged so as to face the first surface 301. The first substrate 30 includes a first electrode 32 on the first surface 301, and includes, on the second surface 302, a pair of second electrodes 33 for measuring impedance. The second substrate 31 includes, in a region facing the first electrode 32, a third electrode 34 for measuring capacitance between the first electrode 32 and itself. Between the first electrode 32 and the third electrode 34 there is a gap 35 which the lubricant can flow into.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本開示の目的は、単純な構造でありながら、潤滑油の液位及び液質を連続的に測定できる潤滑油センサヘッドを提供することにある。【解決手段】本開示に係る潤滑油センサヘッド2は、潤滑油が貯められる貯油空間11に挿入され、厚み方向の両側に第一面301及び第二面302を有する第一基板30と、第一面301と対向するように配置された第二基板31と、を備える。第一基板30は、第一面301上に第一電極32を有し、第二面302上にインピーダンスを測定するための一対の第二電極33を有する。第二基板31は、第一電極32との対向部位に、第一電極32との間の静電容量を測定するための第三電極34を有する。第一電極32と第三電極34との間には、潤滑油が流入可能な隙間35がある。【選択図】図1 |
