To provide a carton capable of opening a tearing strip from both directions while preventing increase in cost.SOLUTION: A carton includes a tearing strip 2 for opening. The tearing strip 2 is formed by a pair of cutting lines 3, 4 in which a plurality of cut lines 31, 32, 41 are forming a row intermittently in an opening direction A of the tearing strip 2. One cutting line 3 includes a first cut line 31 formed so as to be separated from the other cutting line 4 toward the opening direction A, and a second cut line 32 formed so as to approach the other cutting line 4 toward the opening direction A. A starting end part 31A in the opening direction A of the first cut line 31 and a terminal end part 32B in the opening direction A of the second cut line 32 are side by side on a first straight line L1 in parallel with the opening direction A, and their directions coincide with the opening direction A.
