Zusammenfassung: | To solve the problem that for an objective to reduce weight of a holding part with which materials to be cooked (food materials) of a heating cooker are charged, it has been suggested that carbon fiber is used for a heat generation part and the whole is formed by resin, but uniform heating is hard and heat insulation is low.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a holding part holding materials to be cooked and heat generation means generating heat of the holding part. The holding part has a conductivity carbon fiber layer formed by carbon fiber and resin arranged at least in a layer. Since the whole holding part is formed by a conductivity carbon fiber layer capable of generating heat, uniform heating is possible. By adding a layer low in heat conductivity, heat insulation can be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】加熱調理器の調理対象物(食材)が投入される保持部を軽量化するという課題に対して、発熱部に炭素繊維を用い、全体を樹脂で形成するものは提案されていたが、均一加熱がしにくく、保温性が低いといった課題があった。【解決手段】調理対象物を保持する保持部と、前記保持部を発熱させる発熱手段を備え、前記保持部は、少なくとも層状に配置される炭素繊維と樹脂で形成された導電性炭素繊維層を有することを特徴とする加熱調理器は、保持部全体が発熱可能な導電性炭素繊維層で形成されるので、均一加熱が可能である。また、熱伝導率の低い層を加えることで、保温性も上げることができる。【選択図】図1 |
