Zusammenfassung:To provide a lettuce highly containing glutamine that improves taste, and a cultivation method of the lettuce highly containing glutamine and a cultivation device of the same capable of controlling glutamine content in a high accuracy.SOLUTION: A cultivation method of a lettuce highly containing glutamine comprises: a first light irradiation step S1 of irradiating a plurality of first lettuces with light following a plurality of first light volume conditions; a formulation step S2 of formulating a multiple regression formula by a multiple regression analysis using at least light volume per light as an explanatory variable, and measured value C1 of glutamine content for each of the first light volume conditions as an objective variable; an adoption step S3 of adopting the multiple regression formula in a case of 0.7≤R≤1 in which estimated value C2 of glutamine content for each of the first light volume conditions is estimated by using the multiple regression analysis, the estimated value C2 and the measured value C1 are compared to obtain coefficient of determination Rwith adjusted degree of freedom; and a selection step S4 of selecting the first light volume condition in which the measured value C1 is content amount reference value C or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】食味を向上させるグルタミン高含有レタスと、そのグルタミン含有量を精度良く制御可能なグルタミン高含有レタスの栽培方法およびその栽培装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数の第1のレタスに対し複数通りの第1の光量条件に従う光をそれぞれ照射するステップS1の第1の光照射工程と、少なくとも光毎の光量を説明変数とし第1の光量条件毎のグルタミンの含有量の実測値C1を目的変数とする重回帰分析により重回帰式を定式化するステップS2の定式化工程と、重回帰式を用いて第1の光量条件毎のグルタミンの含有量の推定値C2をそれぞれ推定し、推定値C2と実測値C1を比較し自由度調整済み決定係数R2を求め0.7≦R2≦1の場合に重回帰式を採用するステップS3の採用工程と、第1の光量条件のうち実測値C1が含有量基準値C以上となる第1の光量条件を選択するステップS4の選択工程を備える。【選択図】図2
