Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional ceramic object by a laminate molding method, capable of producing a composite with a dissimilar material such as a resin material, without requiring a high temperature sintering process.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional object is produced by repeating, by multiple times, a step of forming a precursor composition layer with a liquid precursor composition at least containing at least one of metalalkoxide, a hydrolysate of the metalalkoxide and a polycondensate of the hydrolysate, an acid catalyst to accelerate hydrolysis of the metalalkoxide and water, with a solid content concentration of a ceramic to be formed being 1 mass% or more, and drying the precursor composition layer to form a ceramic layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高温での焼結処理が不要で、樹脂材料などの異種材料との複合体の製造も可能な、積層造形法によるセラミックス製の立体物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】金属アルコキシドと該金属アルコキシドの加水分解物と該加水分解物の重縮合体のうちの少なくとも一種、該金属アルコキシドの加水分解を促進する酸性触媒、水、を少なくとも含有し、形成されるセラミックスの固形分濃度が1質量%以上である液状の前駆体組成物により、前駆体組成物層を形成し、乾燥させることによってセラミックス層を形成する工程を複数回繰り返すことによって立体物を製造する。【選択図】なし |
